第一次聽到這個新名詞,是在某個部落格的食記文,一家早餐店賣的特色餐點,搜尋了網路,發現艾琳做過(http://tw.myblog.yahoo.com/ailing25/article?mid=3756),就照著她的步驟一步步做出這片像雲一般的棉花糖香蕉吐司
預備食材:厚片吐司,2片 香蕉,1根 大顆棉花糖,18顆 巧克力醬,適量

1.巧克力醬在旁邊哭哭,主要的材料就是這四項:棉花糖,白吐司厚片,香蕉一根,以及沒入境的巧克力醬
2.首先把吐司切掉一層約0.5公分厚度,不要去掉太多囉,去掉是為了讓香蕉和棉花糖固定住,因為它們經歷烤的過程會變濕軟,一不小心會滑掉
3.香蕉切成0.5公分片狀,垂直切片比較容易放進吐司裡
4.把香蕉片排進凹槽裡一個個站好!
5.淋上巧克力醬,香蕉最愛巧克力了
6.排上棉花糖!

7.放進烤箱,一開始用180度先烤10分鐘,最後5分鐘轉到220度烤至上色,可以出爐囉
8.撒上糖粉更有輕飄飄的感覺(糖粉可省略)
9.好期待趕快吃吃看什麼味道~
10.皮脆心軟,好像在吃雲!香蕉和巧克力醬躲在棉花糖裡捉迷藏,配上陽光咖啡剛剛好,一日之計在於晨,GO!
